PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. All users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site.
For any orders placed that contain any pre-order items, we will hold this order and set the order status to "processing" until everything is ready to ship. When everything is ready to dispatch you will then receive an email informing you that your order is on it's way, thus changing your order status to "complete".

Declining to Trade
If we do not wish to accept your offer to purchase the goods, we will write to you as soon as possible and not later than 30 days after the offer is placed to inform you of our decision. www.cecescollectables.co.uk
Restriction of goods
Cece’s Collectables reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same debit / credit card and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied to an existing order. Courier Delivery Times
The courier used depends on the order amount currently. Orders under £20 are sent via Royal Mail untracked. Orders between £21-£90 will be sent Via Signed For Delivery. Order over £91 will be sent Via Tracked Delivery.
Items sent untracked can take between 3-5 days, Signed for can take between 2-3 days & tracked delivery can take between 1-2 days. Items can take up to 14 days to arrive.
In the event that the courier fails to deliver to their time schedule, you have two options. You can refuse the delivery, in which case you will be entitled to a full refund or you can accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery, you may apply for a credit for 50% of the courier postage cost. This will be given as store credit and offset against your next order with us.
Order lost in transit
Please note that if you report your item as having not arrived, we reserve the right to resend the order rather than issue a refund. In the case that you are offered a resend, but refuse it, we reserve the right to deduct 50% from the refund value. This is purely to cover our losses in these unusual circumstances.
Please also note it is company policy, where a customer places a non-tracked order, not to entertain future orders from any customers reporting their goods as missing, UNTIL Royal Mail returns the original goods to us as undelivered. All our packages have return address labels on them, so it is not possible for them to be completely lost without trace. Please allow 14 days for your item to arrive. If you haven't received you item within 14 days than the item can be considered lost. Once you have notified us we will take the appropriate cource of action.
If you wish to avoid this circumstance, please use recorded, signed for or courier options - as these are all tracked and traceable and will prevent any hard feelings on either side.
You may choose to cancel the order at any time up until 14 days after you have received the goods. If you choose to cancel after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for all postage costs and are completely responsible for ensuring the items are returned to us in the same condition received.
If returned goods are not returned in the same condition received, we withhold the right to deduct 50% from the refund cost or refuse the return outright.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If you have received a faulty or damaged item you must inform us within 30 days of receiving the order. We will then offer a suitable resolution at no cost to you. We do reserve the right to refuse complaints, or levy suitable charges for issues raised after this period
When you place a pre-order on our website you pay for the goods at the point of sale, this reserves the item for you. You can cancel your pre-order up to any point up until the order is dispatched and receive a refund or store credit. If we lower the price between when you pay and when we ship, then you can ask for a refund of the difference or store credit, whichever you prefer. www.cecescollectables.co.uk
Orders returned due to incomplete address
It is the customers' responsibility to provide a complete address, in the event that the goods are posted, but cannot be delivered due to an error on the customer’s part. We reserve the right to charge additional postage to resend the items once they are returned by the carrier. The customer may of course choose to treat the order as an unwanted item and return it under the return's policy.
Errors on Orders / Shortages
We do our utmost to ensure accuracy on the shipments we send to you. However, on occasion something may go wrong with the packing in the warehouse. In the event that there is an error on your shipment you are required to notify us within 2 working days receiving the shipment of such error, we will then put any problem right. If we do not hear from you within 2 working days of receipt of your parcel, you are deemed to have accepted the goods received are correct.

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Cece's Collectables reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Cece's Collectables reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

PSA Grading Terms
How long does it take?
The process will take up to 12 weeks from the day we dispatch it to PSA for grading. We ask for cards to be with us by the 23rd of each month. It than takes us a couple of days to process the cards than we dispatch it to PSA via FedEx. We usually send the cards at the beginning of the next month. So 12 weeks from the 1st of the month.

If you wish to pay at a later day please contact us. You understand if we have not received payment by the time the cards are back we will keep possession of the cards until payment is received.
Unfortunately our insurance company would only insure us for the market value of the card when it is dispatched by PSA. So throughout the card journey the market value will be insured. We do value cards before sending off & send the itemised list to you beforehand.
Our insurance covers our packages from UK to USA, USA to UK & from us back to you at market value.
You understand that any pre-screening grade given is just a predicted grade given by us & in no way determines your grade given by PSA.
For example we may give an estimated PSA grade of 9 & it may return a 7. We will not be held responsible if PSA have given a higher or lower grade.
